From start to finish, we were treated as part of a family not just guests. We arrived to Cleopatra, the lady in charge, who greeted us with such warmth and kindness. She didn’t just help us with a holiday, she brought the history and the beauty of the island to life for us. She ensured we were well looked after even when leaving to go explore other areas. Her recommendations were brilliant and I’m so glad she was part of our first visit to Santorini. The villa itself was beautiful: well kept, amazing facilities and like heaven. We were brought beautiful breakfast every morning with everything you need. This was delicious , thank you to Anestis the chef who made the best omelettes we’ve tasted! We also would like to thank Collins who brought us the breakfast every morning with a smile on his face and such positivity - this set us both up for such a lovely day! We truly couldn’t thank all of you enough. The place was beautiful and the holiday just magical.

We would give Melidonia more than 10 if possible. It’s a beautiful, luxurious and perfectly clean place to stay, with a wonderful view of the caldera. The hotel manager Cleopatra is absolutely amazing, kind, helpful, caring and just great in every way. The staff is wonderful too, perfect in everything they do. Mr Collins is great and kind - always with a smile, Katarina is an excellent chef and cooks delicious food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the cleaning staff does an absolutely perfect job too. The whole team is amazing! We are a family of five, three children included, and we stayed in the Georgios suite. We loved to stay there, loved the architecture, the terrace, the private pool and jacuzzi, the soft beds, how clean it was… and so on! We loved every second of our stay and are so grateful for everything there!

Absolutely Perfect Stay – Thanks to Cleopatra! Our stay at this luxurious hotel in Santorini was nothing short of amazing. Every room comes with its own private pool and stunning views that truly take your breath away. Everything was perfect – from the delicious food, beautiful scenery, and top-notch service, to the peaceful and elegant atmosphere. But what truly made our trip unforgettable was the incredible Cleopatra. She went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was taken care of. Whether it was organizing excursions, making reservations, or simply offering helpful advice, she made everything so easy and enjoyable. Thanks to her, we didn’t have to worry about a thing – we just relaxed and enjoyed every moment. Cleopatra is truly the heart of this place, and because of her, our vacation was exceptional. We can’t wait to come back!

My wife and I had a unforgettable stay at Melidonia Suites. Everything about our experience was absolutely perfect. The suite itself was beautifully designed. The attention to detail was impressive, and we felt like we were staying in a luxurious home away from home. The location was ideal, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere while still being close to many charming attractions. Everything was exceptionally clean. It was INCREDIBLE. The privacy but also the care taken of us was exceptional! Kristina was terrific at reaching out before our stay for any questions we might have, upon arrival she took excellent care of us while they were finishing up getting our room ready because we arrived earlier than expected. Collins brought our bags up to our room, he also brought us all our food while we stayed there and when I say this gentleman was so kind and had such a happy personality, I mean it he was exceptional. Last but not least the woman who kept our place so clean and tidy was Becky, and she did an outstanding job! Coming back each day to our room being spotless and all tidied up was the cherry on top! All around 10/10, and the views and pool were amazing features of this stay!
